Make it stop

If you want us to stop contacting you, email hello@thewindowupgrader.com with the phone number or email address to remove, or tell the representative on the phone. We honor removal requests immediately, and you do not have to give a reason.

One limit worth knowing: we can stop our contact. If your request was already passed to an installer, they hold their own records, so ask them separately. Tell us too and we will pass the request along.

How we contact you, exactly

• Phone calls from a live representative. A real person dials and a real person speaks. We do not use automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or artificial or AI-generated voices.
• Email. Written by a person, in response to your request.
• One automated confirmation email. Sent immediately after you submit a request, confirming we received it. This is the only automated message we send.

We never send text messages

Not marketing texts, not reminders, not “just checking in” texts. We do not have an SMS program at all.

This matters for a practical reason: if you receive a text claiming to be from The Window Upgrader, it is not from us. Do not click links in it. You can forward it to hello@thewindowupgrader.com and we will look into it.

What you agreed to

This is the exact disclosure shown directly beneath the submit button on our estimate form:

By submitting this form, I agree to be contacted by The Window Upgrader and matched with one local, licensed installer, by phone call and email, from a live representative. Immediately after submitting, you'll also receive one automated confirmation email confirming we received your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

We keep a copy of this text as it appeared on the day you submitted, along with the date, time, IP address, and browser used. If there is ever a question about whether a request was genuinely made, that record is the answer.

One installer, not five

Your request goes to exactly one licensed installer serving your area. We do not sell requests, distribute them to a network, or list them to a bidding pool.

This is deliberate and it is the main reason this service exists. Most “free quote” forms sell your number to everyone willing to pay, which is why filling one in typically produces a week of phone calls. If you are getting calls from multiple window companies, they did not come from us.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to contact in order to get service or buy anything. If you would rather reach out yourself, email hello@thewindowupgrader.com or call the number in the header of this site, and no form submission is needed.

Did we call you and you don’t know why?

Almost always it is because someone submitted an estimate request with that phone number on this site or through one of our advertisements. If that was not you, the likeliest explanations are a mistyped digit or a number that has changed hands.

Email us and we will remove the number immediately and, if you want, tell you the date and time the request was submitted so you can work out what happened.

Do Not Call

We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor it indefinitely. To keep honoring it, we retain the phone number and email you asked us to suppress — deleting the record entirely would let a later submission reintroduce you to contact you had ended. That suppression record is not used for any other purpose.

Who is contacting you

Calls and emails come from The Window Upgrader, operated by Inertia Digital Marketing, LLC, or from the one licensed installer we matched you with. The Window Upgrader is a matching service and is not a contractor. Details on who we are.
